Wear a turtle neck with floral palazzo trousers. Complete the look with a pair of slippers for a trip to the mall.

A thick cozy turtleneck sweater and a pair of mom jeans is the perfect way to stay warm on a cold weekend.

Wear a tight-fitting turtleneck with shorts for a night out. Just because the weather is cool does not mean you have to sacrifice your going-out style. Choose a simple black turtleneck for a sleek, sexy look. For a more daring look, opt for a turtleneck in a bold print, like leopard or a bright floral.

Church comes to mind when pairing the turtle neck with a short flared Ankara skirt. You can also wear on a casual Friday.

Accessorizing Your Turtleneck
Fancied Up With Statement Jewelry.

Pin a brooch to your turtleneck for a classic, elegant accessory. Brooches aren’t worn as commonly as they used to be, but they’re a pretty way to add sparkle to your look.

    • Noted Nonny! This post is mainly for styling a black turtleneck. I can style other colours in a future post.

    • Thanks Miriam. Yes, you can rock a turtleneck, just throw in a scarf around your neck or long chains with pendants. Or even a shirt or a jacket and leave it unbuttoned. Or pick a turtle neck with pattens which draw attention down to your waist. Please avoid long earrings, wear your hair up and you are good to go.
